May 6-7, 2019

All of us know that leading is influencing, but how can we increase our spiritual influence? Feeding those we influence is also critical. All of the Ephesians 4 ministry gifts are charged with an equipping responsibility. People are only healthy as they are fed with a balanced diet of God’s word. Unfortunately, many leaders are proficient in one and ineffective in the other. This Leadership Summit will focus on leading and feeding as ministry leaders – we will be inspired and instructed on sharpening our skills in these areas and more.

Attend our 2019 Annual Leadership Summit and be encouraged and equipped to take your leadership and ministry to the next level of heath and fruitfulness. Pastors, church leaders, worship leaders, ministryand marketplace leaders will benefit from the dynamic guest speakers. Come and expect a powerful atmosphere and useful learning opportunities as we join together with like-minded ministry leaders.

Breakout Sessions

Reviving Evangelism
Pastor Todd St. Germain

A number of factors are curbing many Christians’ enthusiasm for faith-sharing, including the decline of religion in America, a spreading apathy toward spiritual matters and a growing cultural suspicion of people of faith according to the recent study completed by the Barna Group. This session will feature an overview of Barna’s findings and focuses on robust discussion of the implications for today’s 21st century church and Christian leader. It will include: new data on how Americans express spiritual openness and hunger and how they think about their spiritual lives, a comparative analysis of non-Christians’ expectations of faith conversations and Christians’ understanding of their expectations and priorities, and much more.

Keys to Building and Sustaining a Fruitful Ministry
Pastor Grant Edwards

Church growth isn’t simply an interesting theoretical subject. For many churches, it’s a necessity—or even an emergency. As you know, many churches are plateauing and some churches are declining. Rather than applying some new “fix” or modeling after your favorite megachurch, consider creating a healthy culture that consistently attracts visitors and makes disciples that last. In this session, you will learn from a seasoned church leader with proven results in the local church and international missions.

Rethinking Humanity & Sexuality
Dr. Mark Jumper

Why Talk About Homosexuality To Your Church? Because there is confusion in the body. The question is whether evangelicals will remain true to the teachings of Scripture and the unbroken teaching of the Christian church for over two thousand years on the morality of same-sex acts and the institution of marriage.

The world is pressing this question upon us, but so are a number of voices from within the larger evangelical circle—voices that are calling for a radical revision of the church's understanding of the Bible, sexual morality, and the meaning of marriage. What should our position and practice be in this critical moral and cultural arena?
